What is your return policy?

Candles: at the end of the day we want you to be happy with our product. If you get a scent that makes you want to drive into oncoming traffic, well...first, find a therapist. It's not that serious. Second, just email us and let us know you weren't happy with your candle and we'll ship you another. You don't need to send the original back. Give it to a friend, or if it was that bad, give it to an enemy. The point is we don't need it back.

Note: You get one free return per order. It's not 31 flavors. We can't give out a free sample of every candle so please don't be that person. Also, since we are supporting nonprofit work with your purchase we aren't doing refunds. Thank you for understanding!

How do I get the most out of my candle?

   Sing to it. Remind it of how pretty it is. But mostly, follow the guidelines below...

1. Burn for at least one hour the first time you use it. This will prevent tunneling and drowning out your wick.

2. Pop off the burnt part of the wick with your finger and thumb before each use. This will keep your wick at 1/4-1/8th of an inch.

3. Never burn for longer than four hours. This will help preserve the candles scent.

4. Don't leave the candle unattended. It's an open flame. Things can happen.

I can get a candle at Walmart for $7. Why am I paying $25 for yours?

That's valid. Here's the honest answer.

We use wax imported from the United Kingdom in all of our candles. it's true. of all the waxes we tried this one produced the best product and it is 100% plant based and biodegradable.

The wicks we use also top of the line made with real wood. In fact, for every $100 we spend on wicks, the company plants a tree. We pride ourselves in partnering with like-minded businesses that want to give back.

Our fragrance line contains no toxins, no phthalates, antimicrobials, or animal derivatives.

Our wax, fragrances, and wicks are all shipped using carbon-neutral carriers. That's not cheap.

Finally, we aren't really in the candle business. We are in the new starts and better tomorrows business. What you're really paying for is for somebody to start again, to dream again, to believe that tomorrow can be better than today. We just happen to throw in a candle as our way of saying "thank you" for supporting your community.
