At TBD Creatives, we take our candle-making seriously—like, "white-glove inspection" seriously. Each candle gets the full spa treatment before it heads your way, ensuring it’s in perfect shape for your enjoyment. Think of it as our candle boot camp: no wick left untrimmed!

When your order arrives, give those candles a good once-over. If you spot any damage from their journey or if something's not up to snuff, don’t hesitate to drop us a line through our Contact page within 10 business days. We'll make it right with an exchange or a refund.
